Three new episodes of this definitive and award winning documentary series have been produced for 2005–2006. The new programmes feature the iconic marques of Lotus, Ford (Muscle) and Corvette. Previous episodes feature Aston Martin, Alfa Romeo, Maserati, Jaguar (2002–2003) and the two original episodes, now updated, Porsche and Ferrari.

Directed by feature film and documentary maker Tony Maylam and presented by former race-car driver and classic car authority Alain de Cadenet, each programme profiles the most important historic examples of the marque. Every car is driven and tested by de Cadenet on closed roads and private circuits in the UK, continental Europe and North America and with nine installments completed Alain has probably driven more important historic race cars then anybody else alive today.
