Two forty-five minute episodes on landmark
milestones in the history of space exploration: one tragic, one
triumphant. The first programme is the inside story of Apollo
11 and Man's first landing on the Moon based on an exclusive
and extended interview with Apollo 11 astronaut and the second
man on the Moon, Dr. Buzz Aldrin.
Dr. Aldrin introduces the second
programme which looks behind the headlines at the the January
1986 disaster when Space Shuttle Challenger exploded seconds
