This series celebrates ground-breaking iconic aircraft and is presented by former RAF Tornado navigator and Gulf War veteran John Nichol. Each programme features a particular aircraft in which Nichol flies and interviews the pilot/crew on a real-life mission or training sortie. Gemini worked closely with diverse organisations such as the World Food Programme, The U.S. Navy and Mig Aircraft Corporation and filmed all over the world to produce the latest series. Aircraft featured: the Lockheed Hercules, the English Electric Lightning, the F18-E Super Hornet, the Boeing B-29 Superfortress, the Mig 29 & the Douglas Dakota DC-3.
