In addition to programme production Gemini undertakes consultancy and project management work on behalf of broadcasting and media companies covering a range of activities:

Representation
Acts as agents on behalf of entities such BBC Motion Gallery and Imperial War Museum and has secured significant licensing deals on their behalf with third parties for broadcast and DVD rights. In 2008/2009 Gemini licensed 70 episodes of natural history programming to Simply Media for worldwide part work and DVD rights on behalf of BBC Motion Gallery.

Acquisition
Gemini sources programming for broadcast channels and DVD companies and handles license fee negotiation, contracting and delivery of materials on behalf of clients. Programming ranges from mainstream documentary through to sports events rights.  Over a five-year period the company acquired more than 300 hours of programming for the Speedvision Channel (now SPEED) as well as negotiation and acquiring additional sports rights for the Outdoor Life Network. Acquisition consultancy has also been undertaken for Zone Vision and SPEED.

Archive
Preliminary due diligence and acquisition of libraries (fiction and non-fiction) on behalf of third parties. Management of film restoration and tape mastering projects from single titles to complete libraries or collections. Reformatting and creating broadcast programming from acquired archives.  Company principal was directly responsible for managing restoration of classic Technicolor feature The Four Feathers on behalf of the UK rights holder and similarly managed the restoration of British film classic Scrooge to enable cinema and DVD re-release.
