Programme Acquisition

Sourcing programming for niche channel operators and handling license fee negotiation, contracting and delivery of materials on behalf of clients. In excess of 300 hours of programming across various genres acquired and licensed for Speedvision Network LLC between 1995 and 2000. Clients include Speed Channel LLC USA, Outdoor Life Network and Zonevision Ltd. Gemini were responsible for the recent acquisition of 40 episodes of Channel Five motoring magazine 5th Gear by Speed Channel from All 3 Media International.

Preliminary due diligence and acquisition of libraries (fiction and non-fiction) on behalf of third parties. Management of film restoration and tape mastering projects from single titles up to complete libraries or collections. Reformatting and creating broadcast programming from acquired archives. Clients have included Carlton International, Speedvision, DD Video and Zonevision.
